		<description>The information above is correct, earlier today SoftLayer&#039;s website server farm did experience a 20+ Gbps DDOS attack.  In an effort to preserve the integrity of our network, we voluntarily pulled our site offline until we could resolve the issue with our carries. Service was restored shortly thereafter and no customers were directly affected by this event.
